Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a knack for utilizing social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including fabrics, designs, and collections, to effectively advise customers on their purchases.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry news to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise displays and ensuring cleanliness.
• Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to showcase new arrivals, and promotions, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system (Shopify).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, particularly with a following in high-end fashion or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes (e.g., creating content, engaging with followers, analyzing metrics).
• Enthusiasm for learning about the fashion industry, including designers, trends, and customer preferences.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
